Software problems with windows

People often ask me the question, whats the difference between hardware and software? Well hardware is something you can touch, and software is the program inside the hardware. Sometimes because of the hardware the software gets corrupted. Like windows. Windows might have some files missing or corrupted and so how can it load the program if files required to put an image on the screen are missing or corrupted?. If files are missing or corrupted , the hard disk will need to be removed from the pc and the data retreived. Then then the hard disk will need to be wiped, the software ie windows will need to be reloaded. The next step is to put our data or saved files back onto the pc. A software prolem may be caused by a virus or even shutting the pc down by using the power button. This is not the best way to shut down the pc. Ou may need to call a company for pc repair. Whoever you call, make sure that they can save your data, tell them how important it is to you. Some companies offer no fix no fee services.
